Welcome to the official website of Pinecrest Heights Community Association (PHCA), a family oriented community of 196 brick colonial townhouses located inside the beltway in Northern Virginia. The community is a short distance to our nation's capital, Old Town Alexandria, Georgetown, Fort Myers and Reagan National Airport.
Residents of Pinecrest Heights enjoy easy access to regional shopping centers, recreation and great schools. The community is contiguous to Mason District Park where residents enjoy tennis, baseball, soccer, playground and picnic areas as well as miles of walking trails. During the summer, a farmers' market offers the harvest of local producers and evening concerts are provided at the parks amphitheater.Children of primary school age attend Columbia Elementary--only a few blocks away from the community. Pinecrest golf course, Mason District regional library and the commercial Center of Historic Annandale are also located within a short walk from the neighborhood.
All Pinecrest Heights Community homeowners are members of the Pinecrest Heights Community Association. Members of the homeowners association pay quarterly fees to maintain the community's streets and grounds and to support the community's services and amenities including a community pool.
