    ONLY registered owners and residents can view our governing documents, Board of Director’s meeting minutes, participate in the electronic community discussion page, and view other information on the secure pages on our web site. To protect the privacy of owners and residents there is a verification process for all individuals who register. EVERYBODY WHO LIVES IN OUR COMMUNITY OR IS AN OWNER IS ENCOURAGED TO REGISTER: Please click on the Registration Button at the upper right corner on this page. Registering will place you on the email distribution list to receive the agenda for the monthly Board of Director’s meetings, approved minutes of Board meetings, information and updates on ongoing projects and activities in our community. You also have the option to “opt out” to stop receiving the emails. Your home and email address are not released to others or sold. It is used exclusively to provide you timely information. We approve access to our secure pages as quickly as possible. Residents and Owners are encouraged to register by clicking the registration button to the left and following the instructions.

    Our web page is built with Solution Sparks LLC. The web master is a resident of our community and updates the web page as necessary.

    Our 196 town home family oriented community is located 12 miles south of Washington, D.C., in historic Annandale, Virginia. All are welcome to tour our community and Annandale on our web site. You will see a picture of a regional public library a few minutes by car, bicycle, or walking from our community. We have Mason District Park located directly behind our community where one can go for outdoor entertainment during the summer months and enjoy year round sporting events. The park also host a Farmer’s Market from spring to early fall each year. We have grocery stores, drug stores, banks, and gas stations all within a few minutes’ walk or drive from our community. Major local, regional, state, and national roads and highways are nearby. Education and recreational activities are within walking distance as are shopping opportunities, medical facilities, and Fairfax County government offices, police, and fire departments. You are also welcomed to view classified ads placed by our residents and commercial business when they are posted on our website. Our community newsletter is under the Newsletter tab with the Mason District Newsletter, and other news and flyers on community activity that includes Annandale and Fairfax County. If you are interested in what is “Nearby” please click on the Login and then WHAT’S NEARBY. Enter the topic you are searching for such as grocery stores, schools, or medical offices and hospitals. You will be provided a list of their locations, travel distance by foot, car, and public transportation. We also have an interactive map for your use on how to travel to or from our community. Our community calendar is also available for viewing along with our photo gallery.

  • The PHCA dedicated to providing essential services to the 196 homeowners and residents of Pinecrest Heights community. PHCA, through its all volunteer Board of Directors and Committees of the Board of Director, strives to maintain a residential community in Northern Virginia guided by the following Values:

    • SERVICE: Quality, professional and cost-effective services.

    • PARTICIPATION: Voluntary community participation and cooperation in PHCA by the residents and homeowners of Pinecrest Heights is essential to its well being.

    • DIVERSITY: Diversity is valued in PHCA and aspires to be inclusive and representative of the community it serves.

    • SUSTAINABILITY: PHCA focuses on long-term continuity in the services it provides. PHCA meets present needs while working to assurie the long-term viability of the Association.

    The Pinecrest Heights Community Association (PHCA) is governed by an elected Board of Directors. The Board’s meetings are held once a month and are open to all Pinecrest Heights owners and residents. An annual meeting of all members of the homeowners association is traditionally scheduled in May.

    Under the leadership of our Board of Directors, our community has adopted policies and rules governing the association. Answers to most questions about community issues can be found in the documents contained in your homeowner’s packet and in flyers that will be mailed to you or placed on your front door from time to time. For further assistance please contact Sentry Property Management at 703-642-3246 and follow the telephone prompts for instructions on ordering a homeowner's packet. The Property Management Company will respond with answers to your questions.

    Residents and owners may obtain a copy of the ACC Rules, Pinecrest Heights Community Association By Laws Rules and Convents by contacting Dave Ciccarelli, Property Manager, at his email address: dciccarelli@sentrymgt.com or by mail at the above Annandale Office for Sentry Property Management. A copy fee for documents can be charged. If you are selling your unit, you must obtain the official copy of our governing documents and other documents required by the Commonwealth of Virginia as part of the sale process for your unit. The documents provided to you by our management company are the "Sellers Resale Package" that includes many documents you must make available to a potential buyer of your unit.
